Just because the office is closed, REALTORS® don’t stop working. They use their home office instead. Even when their business office is open, they can often be found in their home office—for convenience, privacy, and familiarity.

This is no typewriter-and-stapler operation. A typical REALTOR®’s home office has a computer, fax machine, dedicated telephone line, scanner, printer, modem, camera and camcorder, postage meter, copier, and all sorts of other business equipment found in modern, well-equipped offices. A REALTOR®’s home office also wouldn’t be complete without reams of paper, a desk, chairs, filing cabinets, lamps, wall decorations, a TV, a stereo, and countless other necessities and amenities.



REALTORS® know that their work is not completed until it is polished off with closing/business gifts for their customers. So REALTORS® are constantly searching for fun, creative, and special gifts that will help win them repeat business.

There are the usual gifts—if 2.6 million flower arrangements and close to 1.6 million gifts of liquor, wine, and champagne can be considered “usual.” But then there are the tapestries, appliances, baked goods, cameras, electronics, collectibles, lawn and garden items, hardware and tools, leather goods, magazines, and even travel packages. Let your imagination run wild.
